We offer buyers the opportunity of a third-party inspection within 48 hours after purchase. In the event that the buyer finds an item that falls under the NAAA arbitration policy please fill out below.

We will announce all major arbitration items over $750 as per NAAA.

Any and all existing warranties that may be in place on the units will be cancelled, despite the fact that an extended warranty may appear at the time of purchase and the warranty company may indicate that the warranty is transferable. All factory warranties shall remain intact however, the buyer must not base their bidding on whether the unit does or does not have factory warranty.

Sold "As Is" means that the vehicle is unfit, not e-tested and is not represented as being in a road worthy condition. Mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchasers expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.

  • Mileage Discrepancy

  • We do not arbitrate for any wear and tear items
